During lockdown we suddenly found ourselves with lots of spare time on our hands.

With this in mind we decided to turn our attention to making our own spirits to keep us afloat during those uncertain times.

​

We converted an unused room at Rolands into a distillery and our General Manager, Niall McGloin, became our Head Distiller instead.

​

After a few months and lots of tweaking and perfecting the recipe, Wolfe Bros of Yorkshire was born.

​

Hand crafted in our copper pot still, using 8 high quality botanicals and the purest Yorkshire water, we are super proud to use Wolfe Bros as our house pour gin at both The Domino and Rolands.
