Considered one of the "big three" of jazz guitar, alongside Charlie Christian and Django Reinhardt, Montgomery's innovative style and soulful musical expression have earned him a place in the pantheon of jazz legends.   In 10 short years, Montgomery recorded more than 20 albums as leader and revolutionised the world of jazz guitar, and his music continues to inspire musicians and fans around the world.
