Table Booking Policy 

Terms & Conditions 
 

Upon arrival, please make yourself known to a team member so they can show you to your table/area.
 

Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time.
 

Due to the busy nature of our venue, if you are not here within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we have the right to forfeit your deposit and we cannot guarantee your table booking after this time.
 

Your table will be allocated for the time stated on your confirmation email above and we require the table to be vacated at the time your booking finishes.
 

Domino Club Leeds Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items brought into any of our venues, all items are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
 

Any pre-ordered drink packages are delivered to your table upon your arrival unless an alternative time has been arranged during the booking process.
 

Reserved drinks areas are booked as a base for the evening; we do not guarantee seating for all guests.
 

Menu and Package content is correct at the time of going to print and may be subject to change.
 

Due to licencing restraints guests we are strictly 18+ only. 
 

A booking does guarantee entry and Management reserve the right to refuse entry. If your booking is refused entry, any pre-paid monies are none refundable.
 

Cancellation Policy
 

All table bookings made after 17/01/24 require pre-payment of any applicable cover charge.
 

If your booking is cancelled before 1pm on the day of your booking we'll refund any payments minus processing fees. 
 

If your booking is cancelled after 1pm on the day of your booking any payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited / your card will be charged the pre-authorised amount.
 

If you do not attend your reservation any payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited / your card will be charged the pre-authorised amount.
 

If your party decreases on the day the no-show guest's payment will be forfeited.

Any remaining deposit will be forfeited and are none refundable or transferable.

 

** Please note refunds can take up to 14 working days to be returned to the original payment method and we appreciate your patience during this time.
